Our lifestyle can be quite overwhelming, especially when we find ourselves caught by the accelerating pace of incoming information from our society.
Recognising that is time to slow down is our first step towards healing.
Slowing down is rapidly becoming the essential missing ingredient of a balanced life.
Through these 2hrs and 30min workshops you will be guided and supported to gently slow down into the presence of your feelings, emotions and sensations.

An inner journey into the depths of your being.
The embodiment of every part of yourself.
The acceptance of the sacredness of who you truly are.
A timeless and formless experience to allow you to softly travel inward and uncover the hidden parts of yourself. Gently facing the discomfort and slowly uncovering your light.
An afternoon of slow, restorative and gentle movement.
Restoring, pausing, feeling and reconnecting.
Community connection, warm tea and nourishing snacks will be served after practice.
Both workshops will be guided by Acacia and Petra.
All Yoga props are provided.
Wear warm and comfortable clothes.
We recommend you to bring an eye pillow. If you do not have one we will have beautiful, local, ethically made and organic eye pillows available for purchase - $22 cash preferably or you can pre order and pay with your ticket.
Price: $55 for each workshop
Spaces are very limited. Booking is essential.
Payment is required with booking. Payment via bank transfer directly to Petra or Acacia.
Please not the venue does not take any bookings.
Both workshops will be held at Zen Collective a beautiful wellness hub located in Brookvale.
